Find out if and where conversations may be happening online among
our target audiences.
Solution
First we identified the topics that were being discussed by target audiences (R&D specialists and Corporate Librarians). Next we projected those subjects onto social media. The last step was to identify the people who and places where they were talking about relevant subjects.
Results
Elsevier now has a clear understanding of their target audience activity on social media and their influence on relevant topics.
